I received my Medium Freeze Dryer within 4 weeks and began using it right away.
The freeze dryer works just as well as advertised. We're very happy with it. Albert and his team were extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Wouldn't hesitate to deal with Trimleaf in the future.

When we received our freeze drier last Fall the door would not seal properly. Trimleaf support staff were great. They talked with my husband and sent videos for him to watch. He was able to get the door to seal! We are impressed with this company. Terri

We use our trays 3 to 4 times a week and they stand up to wear . They wash up very easy great product i am going to order one more set .
Great kids but it would be super if they had corners that held the next tray up. They could be easily added and would create stability when being carried in a pile.

My freeze dryer was delivered when they said it would be. It is very heavy so have help. It works great now. Started having problems after about 6 months the but when fixed was told it probably didn't work right in the first place. It took a lot of emails back and forth to fix and in the end we had to send parts back to be fixed. We had to pay a lot of shipping but it was still under warranty so we didn't have to pay for new parts. Happy now that it is working again and even better.
