Cannot get it to work

Happy when I received it…Now that its installed it is amazing….The only thing you must make sure you enter your serial info correct which me and the support found out but really love it….

Bought the dongle for my freeze dryer, came in good time and easy to set up and have been using the app on my phone since- would highly recommend it. Saves so much running up and down stairs to check the status and easy to add more time if I am out when the cycle finishes

Love this new wifi adapter. It was easy to install and allows me the ability to where my freeze dryer is in its cycle and get notified when it’s done. The shipping was super fast too.

Received 2 boxes Pump and Sealer with accessories. No Stainless Freezer dryer. Hope it shows up soon.

I have yet to start using the freeze dryer, but was very impressed with how quickly I the freeze dryer was delivered, and that the order was in great condition upon arrival. I was also very impressed with how quickly Albert responded, when I informed Trimleaf that the extra trays (part of the accessory kit) were medium and not small. He immediately placed the order for small trays, which arrived just a few days later. Thus far, very impressed!!

The items in the accessory kit are excellent. It was noted that instead of a box of small trays, there was a box of medium trays. I notified TrimLeaf and Albert immediately rectified the item error by ordering a box of small trays for me! They were at my house in just a few days. Very impressive!
