Harvest Right Tray Lids

Great kids but it would be super if they had corners that held the next tray up. They could be easily added and would create stability when being carried in a pile.

I ordered a second set of lids instead of a second set of trays. They serve well as trays, are great for covering trays to more easily stack and to protect food during pre-freezing and are less expensive and lighter. The only drawback is that they become quite brittle when frozen and shatter when dropped.

I purchased the medium size tray lids for my new Harvest Right Freeze dryer and couldn’t be happier. Exactly as advertised. They make it easy for pre freezing%2C for transporting to your freeze dryer from your prep area and more. The lid locking design is an excellent feature and works great. Very happy with this purchase.

I ordered some lids and some liners for my trays. A few minutes after I ordered them Albert called me and told me that they had just sold their last liners. Who does that anymore. Who cares about you enough as their customer to make that phone call. Normally you would just get a packing slip inside with one line showing back ordered. Albert is the face and the voice to this company and so long as he is there I will be a customer. Thank you Albert for letting me know that there still is customer service in this world of consumerism.

I really appreciate the 4 extra trays. I can have 4 in the machine freeze drying and have the other 4 in the freezer waiting their turn. I'd heard that freezing before putting them in the freeze dryer shortened the time needed for the Harvest Right Freeze Dryer to complete.
