Albert was very helpful in answering questions prior to place the order and then with following up on delivery. The unit arrived on the date scheduled even though the tracking notice was not updated once the unit arrived in Canada. The pre-arrival instructions were very helpful as we were prepared once the unit arrived. The set up booklet was easy to follow and the initial bread run went smoothly. I do find the touch screen very sensitive and have made a couple taps in error. An error correct button might be helpful. Now the learning curve begins as the food is processed.

I purchased the medium size tray lids for my new Harvest Right Freeze dryer and couldn’t be happier. Exactly as advertised. They make it easy for pre freezing%2C for transporting to your freeze dryer from your prep area and more. The lid locking design is an excellent feature and works great. Very happy with this purchase.

I ordered some lids and some liners for my trays. A few minutes after I ordered them Albert called me and told me that they had just sold their last liners. Who does that anymore. Who cares about you enough as their customer to make that phone call. Normally you would just get a packing slip inside with one line showing back ordered. Albert is the face and the voice to this company and so long as he is there I will be a customer. Thank you Albert for letting me know that there still is customer service in this world of consumerism.

Can’t give you a review because I have not received my Freeze dryer

I recently received my new freeze dryer in a timely manner and I was pleased with the excellent service. The company kept me informed about any expected delays during transport, which I greatly appreciated.

I have used so many types of weed and I just can't get this machine to create resin .. buds of different consistency & age with no result other than flattened buds ! I followed all the instructions in the youtube video because there were no instructions in the box and still no resin ! This machine was quite expensive at $675 + taxes and I just want it to work. I don't want my money back & I don't want to return it because that will be very expensive as well. You can call me anytime I think you have my number !
